'Course, these days Jimmi's overseeing new big bangs with bent notes in the furthest corners of the cosmos, relying on the sheer volume of his music to ensure the "inflation" of each new yearling universe!

Wow, that's heavy man.

Personally, I like the version off of "Jimi Blues". Amazing how good that album is considering he was dead when they put it together. IMHO better than The Experience, better than Electric Ladyland and yes, better than Band of Gypsies.

Anybody seen Mitch Mitchell lately? That dude never got the credit he deserved. The perfect compliment to Jimi. Give that guy two two sticks and a garbage can lid and he's good to go.

Ahh man, yeah, you'll love it.

This kind of got me thinking, who's your favorites drummer? I started thinking about my fav's and all three of them have the last initial of M. Mitchell, Moon and Moore. Crazy man, carazy.

All this just to try and keep my mind off the two toughest weeks of the year. The two leading up to the best week of the year.
