Gary Austin, who posts here as "Retoaviation" and who is featured in the latest Air Classics for his work on the CAF B-24A, and who raced the Cassutt "Maybee's Baby" last year, and who wrote that wonderful thread on WIX on the restoration of the B-24, and who also wrote a couple of wonderful WIX threads on PRS and on being a rookie at Reno -- has a new project! He has the wings and tail of the original Race 44 Shoestring built for Judy Wagner, and a new never-flown fuselage and is building a new racer. He is writing about it here
