I've taken to tagging pictures over important parts of the image to make it harder for pirates to just Photoshop out the credit. I spend an awful lot of time effort and money to make these, and I hate just having them float around out there in the web without at least people knowing who did them!
I know the tag can get irritating, but hey -- the image is free, after all...

Yep, and there really isn't much you can do about it. They should be sued, and you would win, but it would cost far more than you could get back in the end...
