Posts made past 02:30PM 12/30/24 won't be on the new site!

We are in the final stages of resolving the issues with the forums move to the new location. After talking with tech support, the only solution was to send him a copy of all the images. This will take time - but we know the fix SO it's only a matter of time now.

Thanks again for your patience,

Ken, that little beasty is a Hunting Percival/BAC Jet Provost.. British Trainer that served the RAF and a couple of other air forces well for years, BAC later developed it into the Strikemaster which was a light attack/trainer version.. The Royal New Zealand Airforce operated the Strikemaster from the early/mid 70's until the early 1990's

Enjoy the jet class now a bit more than the "exhibition" seasons but I'm still holding out for F-5 Freedom Fighters, A-4 Skyhawks, and an F-14 Tommy or two thrown in for good measure!

Unfortunately, an A-4 doesn't qualify (too much sweep) and the military isn't allowing any private F-14s. I guess an F-5 or T-38 would work if the afterburner was removed.

Probabbly need a MUCH larger course. Remember when the "Starfighters" were there a few years ago? They had to fly half way to Fallon to turn around between passes...
