Also what is becoming of Shockwave?

Shockwave is very real. At last report in Air Classics several years ago, the airframe appeared ready for systems installation. This is referred to in homebuilding circles as 90% done, 90% to go. It looks like an airplane, but its gotta have systems to fly, and the devil is truly in the details. With lots of head scratching and little visible progress, this is the phase that defeats many a homebuilder.

I think Shockwave awaits cubic money for completion.
