Here is how Eric Ahlstroms DART aka G-force Racer fits into my chart.
Indeed it is genuiely a RACER !
Juke, It's a nice graph and some interesting reference information. Wing loading is often set by other requirements such as stall speed. When we designed the Shark57 wing the planform and area was set by the maximum acceptable flaps-up approach and stall speed as communicated to us by several Unlimited and jet pilots. Actual optimum for the mission was 50 to 60 psf.
If you want a useful exercise in evaluating all of the previous designs plot HP/wetted area and HP/weight vs. lap speed. You will find a loose correlation on HP/weight and an excellent correlation on HP/wetted area vs. recorded lap speeds.

Right Eric,
For Lancair and Glasair one can get extra wingtips with winglets that increase the wingarea.
I am satisfied that my "underpowered" MAX III economy flyer found a pair with Rutans Quickie proto with similar power in the chart. Dart is paired with an other Rutan creation.
Making a chart like you said would increase the work needed to the square at least. I just checked that my design has less drag than AR-5 and VmaxProbe. What I find slightly disturbing is that Bede-5B needed 74 hp to beat AR-5 of 65 hp by just few mph ( in FAI under 300 kg class ).
