scratched entries on GG pix of qual board

On the picture of the final qualification board posted this morning, there are a number of entries with lines scratched through them. What does that mean?

For example, the 3rd line in the Unlimited list is Hoot Gibson in Riff Raff, but there is a line through his name and info. I hope that doesn't mean they are out for some reason... there must be half a dozen marked the same way...

Please tell me my eyes are just going bad...

Look closer and you will see where he (Hoot) had a second qualification time. As most of the others.

Thanks. I presumed, incorrectly, that the lines were listed in speed order with only one line per entry... I guess I'll have to take a look on Saturday morning when I get there. Looking at the picture is too hard on my weary eyes.
