Lots of activity already for this weekend's air ahow at Chino. B-17 Aluminum Overcast flying around here today and tomorrow. Weather will be warm for all those P-38's in the air together!

Boy do I wish I was there. I was out west on business for several months a couple years ago. Wanted to go to the show but left a few weeks before.

Hope they post lots of pictures and video on their Facebook page. And you lucky guys must do the same here!

If 232 ISN'T there, then they have some pretty serious problems.....since it lives in the fighter hanger at Planes of Fame. Unless the tow-tug breaks down. Or the gate gets stuck.

Wow, I'm stoked about 5 flying Lightnings (+ 1 static), but this is icing on top of icing! Having never been to the NCAR, my list of racers seen in person might double if indeed Strega and 232 are there. My cup is going to runneth over.

Rumor is that the "Gaggle" won't happen due to not enough pilots available to fly everything. Probably the best part of the show but what can you do...

I was only referring to his excellent video series that he made in the Lightening and other warbirds he flew prior to his unfortunate accident.
I was just making (I guess a poor) attempt at some light hearted humor. I meant no disrespect.

The gaggle is cool, but nothing will top the Mustang tail chase a few years ago.
