I'm guessing this is just prior to him pulling the throttles back from the stops where he is going somewhere north of Mach 3.5 following his run across the country and booming Gaddafi's speech that was televised. Also the same trip that Brian and Walter were fired at from multiple sources. 960 is a good bird, I wish I could see it fly again.
