Seventy years ago today, tens of thousands of the bravest of the brave stormed the beaches at Normandy, France, beginning the final chapters in the life of the Third Reich....

If not for those brave souls, who knows what the world would be like today!

To all who still survive and all who are no longer here, I salute you, one and all!

4 of us on the block have the red, white and blue flying in honor of those heros.

And a B17, B24, B25 & P51 flying around. Doesn't get any sweeter than that.
