I can't speak for the other services, but the USAF is still operating under sequestration budgetary rules and is not sending airplanes to airshows for static displays for the most part.

There were 2 A10's there out of Idaho ANG 190th They were static.

I chatted with a Chief Master Sargent about this subject right before the F-22's flew in. With sequester still in force, air shows that get a demo team are not going to get much, if any, static support. Shows without a demo team, will, on the other hand, get more static support.
