Curious of what the flying experience/background of the Unlimited Pilots? Anyone care to share what they know? Is this listed anywhere on the Reno Air Race website?

Either ex-military, or various civilian backgrounds.
They all have a ton of hours in Warbirds.

Nope,
the most I've seen is in their app, which they list their occupations.

If you google their names and planes it's super easy to find info on most of them.

I believe that all of them are uniquely over qualified to do what they do....especially the Astronauts. and the test pilots and the commercial pilots....did I miss anyone?

What are the minimum requirements to fly an Unlimited in a race? Assume money was no problem and you could buy whatever you wanted.

How about Tiger Destefani and Steve Hinton Jr. Do they come from a crop dusting background?

Yeah, along with Navy, Air Force transfer instructor on the T-38, and TWA captain.
