      One mans Junkyard/Eyesore is another mans Goldmine/Museum. Kind of sad what's happened to City Ordinances regarding keeping unusual unique things in your backyard or on your property, ie old cars, airplane parts etc. The City sees it as a nuisance, eyesore, blight...Property owners have been bullied by City Attorneys, City Council...

        Dago will be put back together when the value of the finished aircraft exceeds the cost of a full restoration + some % profit. If the value as a racer is the main driver then Strega would have been purchased as soon as it was listed.
