Worked as a hired hand on a farm back home for a couple of years. Got to be a "marker" one summer when they hired a neighbor to spray insecticide on some rapeseed fields. Basically the procedure was to have one guy at each end of the field to give the pilot a reference to line up for each pass. Once he was lined up on you, you would run a certain number of paces to give him his reference for the next pass. The trick was knowing when to start running so you didn't get caught in the spray.Knotty Girl Crew
