Yes, 1997.

Do we know if it is 'just' the Tora gang, or do we get the extended mix too? The Tora routine is much more entertaining when you get the P-40 taking off the opposite direction through the smoke, and the Wildcat chasing the Zeroes, and the B-17 trying to land.

I was hoping for the American part too, let's hope they do it like that!! Rara just put it up on their list of things and Tora's site didn't show much
