Just got a pretty reliable report from the field that Danny Martin will return this year. No word on which plane or even which class he'll race in but if true, what a cool thing this will be!!

Red Bull stimulates the brain. I find the boost only lasts around 20 minutes. Popped a can after getting my butt kicked riding dirt bike. Friends noticed I was riding like a banshee right up until I landed face first in a mud puddle. Estimate that was at the 20 minute mark!Comment

Mrs. Race 29 and I drove past Dan Marten's hanger at the Hollister airport last weekend on our way to Monterey. There was a Mustang being worked on, but it didn't look like Grim Reaper. This one was all red with a white and yellow stripe down the side...........I KEED, I KEED!!!
Seriously, This Mustang was polished, but I didn't see any other colors. Might have been Grim Reaper, it just didn't look like it to me. Of course I was in a (slowly) moving vehical!

I'm sure someone knows better, but it might be N35FF that platinum sold on February 4th. They had a note to look for it to return to the air races and someone commented about it being the old Risky Business. I also thought I read somewhere Matt Jackson had restored this plane as well......Anyone feel free to correct me as I'm way less educated on the subject than most people here!

Yes as Race 5 said, sold to Mike Brown and he intends to race it. It's most likely stored in Carson City, NV where he is based. And yes you are correct, Matt restored it at Classic Air Works (his facility) in Van Nuys, CA.
