Posts made past 02:30PM 12/30/24 won't be on the new site!

We are in the final stages of resolving the issues with the forums move to the new location. After talking with tech support, the only solution was to send him a copy of all the images. This will take time - but we know the fix SO it's only a matter of time now.

    Aberle setting records again!!

    Tom Aberle just clocked an unofficial 284mph lap, 10mph above the previous record. It's gonna be a good year!!!

    That must have been the plane I heard in my second floor office about 15 minutes ago.

    Heard the first lap, wow what the heck was that. Then went to the window as he came around a second time.

    It's like he hit boost, rpms like a F1 car.

    Amazzzzziiinnnnng.

      It's that prop! When is anyone else going to realize what Tom has going on with that thing???

          I'm a pretty casual follower of Tom's speeds, but it sure seems like he finds substantial improvements every year I wonder if he has access to Paul Lipps' formulas for that prop- I'd think that with the speed increases over the past 3-4 years, the prop is in need of some more bite
