I may be way off, but it looks like Cunningham. The photo looks like it was from Vietnam where Randy Cunningham and his RIO, Driscoll were Aces in the F-4 Phantom. Cunningham is now a Senator...nice guy!

I would have said Cunningham also, but did the Navy wear green flight suits in Vietnam? It almost looks like Robin Olds, but the name on the name tag is longer than O-l-d-s. Yeah' I'd have to say Cunningham, even if I don't know much about the Navy in Vietnam. I did however read Randy Cunnighams book, it's a great read!
