There have been a lot of accidents, Reno rumors, etc. all this week I can hardly keep up. Sad to hear, blue skies to whoever was involved

PoA forum had a thread on it with the ATC audio. Sounds like a someone asks for a wind check (possibly accident aircraft) then you hear AT-6 engine(s) in the background during another ATC transmission. Shortly after, ATC starts re-routing traffic and advises the other plane (flight of two) that his partner has crashed. Tough to listen to. My condolences to the family/ies friends and others.
