Is this Steve Dilda conducting a crew briefing or a "Toots" auction on the T-6 ramp?... Any idea?

LOL... I used to have a vision of Steve wearing the high boots and stuff like a circus ringmaster... rumor has it that you might just see him hanging around the T-6's this year! I have NO idea on what year we're talking here..

She and Steve went separate ways several years ago, last I heard, Mary is alive and doing very well. I MISS HER!

It was, indeed, from the Home Pylon! I'm not sure you still can but back a few years, IF they had the personnel to accommodate you, media could go to home pylon for a bit during pylon school. It's a SCARY climb for those of us who don't care for open heights. (Count me in that group, yet, I have no problem hanging out in an airplane with no doors.. go figure!)

T-6 racing is fun today but I'm not sure we'll ever achieve the fun meter levels we did back in the Dilda, Campau, Goss era!
