The Blue II crew is in the midst of a thrash tonight. They found a dime size hole in the #6 cylinder but, they think they can get her all fixed up.

33 had what appeared to be a big mayday entering the VOS on his second (I think) timed lap. Lots of smoke and ugly noises. Immediately put it down on 14.

42 had a gear door hang up in the second session. He pulled off the course and got it unstuck and dropped back on. Not too impressive yet. The motor sounds huge. If he gets that thing up to full chat, look out front of the field.

Ya, that's about what it sounded like. Bummer deal dude. It certainly was going to be a contender for gold. Maybe next year.
