Sean Cushing's Race 8 L-39 crash

Looks like the airplane that Sean Cushing flew to a 2nd place in the Gold race (not sure if he was the pilot) went off the end of the runway in PVG. Looks like a total loss, but at least he's ok!

Glad he's okay! The Jet does appear to be in pretty poor shape. That was Phil Fogg's(sp?) before Sean Cushing got it, right?

The word I'm hearing is that Sean was NOT at the controls. Supposedly, it was the aircraft's owner that was flying it. I've seen some more detailed pics and the airplane is a total loss.
