Strega vs. Voodoo NCAR 2017

With Tiger's announcement this week and the Texas Flying Legends news on top of that I can no longer contain my excitement for this year's races. I've also had way too much coffee today and I'm trapped in cold, windy & snowy Wisconsin!

So lets hear the speculation!! Who do you think will be this year's Gold winner?

Here's what I think I know haha.
-Both will have awesome pilots at the controls
-Both airframes are real slick.
-Both will have Nixon/Flores prepped motors yes?

All of that makes me hope this will result in another finish like the 2014 Saturday race and/or we will see someone finally smash the qualifying record because the pole position is really going to matter.

No one. The only reason it raced this year was because Strega wasn't available for Jay.

There's no smack to talk. Strega can't hang with Voodoo if power plants are equal. Then there's Steveo. Nobody flies that course better. When was the last time Strega had any speed mods? When was the last time it had the same pilot for more than one year? Those two birds being healthy will end up with 5 > 7.

Voodoo has NEVER beaten a healthy Strega. Voodoo has never come close to the qualifying record Stevo set in Strega. When was the last time Strega needed any speed mods? Second place sets the pace. Although, there are rumors they are working on some new stuff.....

Voodoo has never been at the same level it is now. I think Strega may now need some speed mods to stay with Voodoo.

If Strega is as refined as a Mustang can get, why didn't Steve-O clone Strega's scoop on Voodoo?

When they are coming to lap RB it doesn't mean 77 would be in front................
