There was a thread going on here that had garnered quite a few views, as well as quite a few viewpoints...
However.. It is the policy of this on-line publication, and we've said this before, to NOT allow message sessions to get out of hand here. This message subject had headed quite a way down that road and a decision was made to close the thread and move it to the hidden file.
I think enough had been said about the "issue" at hand by those of us who are on the outside of that issue.
I am posting one link that, in my opinion, closes the issue.
