Jet Class "Relinquished Per Class Rules"

Just added onto Darkstar II, American Patriot, (relatively fast racers), and Riff Raff...

Their Monday/Tuesday qualifying times were replaced with that statement and Vicky/ David Culler had to go up again today to qualify. Any idea what that is about?
