According to a Facebook post from https://www.facebook.com/HotStuffAirRacing/ , he is racing #12 "Outrageous" and qualified 1st.

Yep, last minute addition after the primary pilot for Outrageous couldn't get enough time in the airplane to race. They missed the first heat with engine issues.
