Well, I thought since there has been some talk of over development around Stead and the future of the races, I'd throw this location into the mix.

50+ years for a event has some prestige and I would think that our local leaders and RARA would understand this.

So keeping the Reno Air Races here means a lot.

A bit farther south from this airfield is Reno-Fernley Raceway so having a name of Reno Fernley Air Race Park sounds nice. Just think, starting from scratch, RV and camping facilities could be part of the design :-)

As always, are there enough hotels within a certain radius to make it possible. There are so many awesome locations to have it but 150k people need a place to sleep....
