Is any work being done on Furius?

Anyone know if Furius is seeing any love?
I had some high expectations crushed when she ground looped.
Have heard very little about her since.

"Air Classics" dated Oct. 2017 has a photo of it being stored in a hanger in Kenosha, Wis. I think it is owned by an AT-6 pilot. I'm sure someone on the forum knows who it is.

Sounds like it’s a long term project. Per the Woelbing Air Racing Page: Furias is a big project, but we are working on her a little each week. Slow but sure she will fly again.

I was wearing one of the valley of speed furias shirts at Reno and Woelbing drove by me in their golf cart and complimented the shirt. I told him to please bring her back we all miss her and he replied I know, we are working on it. Goes along with what rforslund said. I also saw some pictures of her in the hangar sometime last year on Facebook that a guy that works on the planes took. She didn’t look too much different than when she left Reno but I could be wrong

Yes, work has started on Furias. How much, I don't know, but it has been started.
