Posts made past 02:30PM 12/30/24 won't be on the new site!
We are in the final stages of resolving the issues with the forums move to the new location. After talking with tech support, the only solution was to send him a copy of all the images. This will take time - but we know the fix SO it's only a matter of time now.

Re: Oshkosh 2018 random images
Damn, Bill -- you keep this up and you're gonna get good at this picture taking thing...
Thanks for posting these great shots!
I've always wanted to see that aerobatic act in the Twin Beech. Nice composition on that shot.

Re: Oshkosh 2018 random images
Hello Neal,
Matt Younkin really puts on a great show, especially at night. I’m not sure if he flew at night this year (he did not on Saturday), but I saw him last year.
For me, the weather was not too cooperative. Lots of overcast time, and the wind often did not push the abundant show smoke or smoke from pyrotechnics out of the way. But, you are bound to get a few keepers with cool stuff happening all day, for seven days.
Eventually, I will link a gallery to this thread, but posting pictures serves as inspiration to get through to the end. Here are a few more.

Re: Oshkosh 2018 random images
Wow, nice stuff. Matt did not do a night show this year, in fact I think he only did the one day show.
Do you mind if I add some of my pics to the thread? This was my first trip to Oshkosh, and it was an eye opener. I shot somewhere in the neighborhood of 4000 pics over the week I was there. I've looked at perhaps 2% of them so far.
