Not a warbird, but pretty cool.

Looks pretty cool. Amazing how much thrust that little engine puts outs.

We should probably some next year for sure.

    Thanks for sharing.

Cant imagine that tiny jet being stable in all the turbulence from all the other jets.

It is not approved for the current jet class. They plan on eventually having a small spec class made up of nothing but the Sonnex jets. Hopefully they will put the on the T-6 course since they aren't much faster than the formula 1s. At PRS they ran test laps on the full unlimited course.

If this materializes they will not race in the Jet class on the Outer course. Their speed and maneuverability envelope will likely put them on the T-6 or Inner course.

While the SubSonex looks interesting I hope the proposed class would be open to other aircraft using the same PBS TJ-100 engine?

Something along the lines of the Formula-1 class where any aircraft meeting a general set of parameters and powered by one unmodified PBS TJ-100 would allow for more innovation and interest IMHO.

Not going to happen. It is a spec class being promoted by the manufacturer of the jets.
