So is Rare Bear still the fastest ( 528 ) ?

I am wondering since they are pulling 4 000 hps outa 5 litre car engines ( in drag racing ) why the R&R cannot deliver 5 000 hps ?

Apples to hand grenades comparison. Those car engines make that power for a few seconds at a time and have a TBO measured in minutes. No possible way they could make that power for full race or 3k record distance.
