Stead Visit

Went to Stead yesterday & have a couple of things of interest. 1. A large shipping container is located outside of the "Bear" cave hanger perhaps for 232 Sea Fury or? 2. At least 2 "Blue Thunder" planes are now located in the hanger that was used by the T6 crowd. 3. The American Air Racing hanger (Thunder Mustangs) is still for sale & a lot of material is outside. June is right around the corner.

I don’t know who bought it or where it will end up, but I’m pretty sure it’ll be at Sanders to have whatever work done to it the owner has in mind. I hope that’s the case as it’ll pretty much put Europe off the table since it’s not going to UK and if it was going to Germany, Meier would do the restoration work
