Bummer that the other 5 are lost to time (actually Cavalier). The others were A68-7, -30,-35, -72, and -87. I really have to wonder if any of these airframes are still around just wearing a Cavalier data plate now. They would be late builds most likely, but it would be cool to find out.

The others are all listed on WIX, but no further info is given. They are missing from the MustangsMustangs registry as well (The Cavalier Mustangs are all earlier builds)

Far too rare Juuka… would be cool to see one round the pylons however! Even seeing one fly would be wonderful.

One year at the Watsonville Fly-In, heard a Merlin overhead. Expecting to see a Mustang, but turns out it was a Hispano Buchon. Ran to see it land, taxi and park. Who climbs out? Mr Skip Holm. That man can FLY!

Watsonville 2003...I remember Skip dancing down the runway in that thing...it was impressive. He followed us up to the Madera show doing gun runs on us in 909. Probably one of the coolest flights I had in the 17 and my camera was in the van...

Yes, this was Harold Kindsvater's Buchon...ended up in Germany and rebuilt as a G-12. They can run it with either a Merlin or the DB. Check out the rebuild with https://www.meiermotors.com/index.ph...itt-bf109-g-12
