Re: More "Name Those Bearcats"
The year would be 1973.
Bearcat #8 is the late John Herlihy's "Sweet P". (Formerly the "Tom's Cat/Miss Priss" of Walt Olrich, and later as the Whittington Bearcat and last seen as Bill Anders' "Wampus Cat")
The Cat in the background is Mike Smith's #41. (Which won the 1964 Reno race with Mira Slovak as Miss Smirnoff, and was lost in about 1980 when Chub Smith--no relation--flew into a thunderstorm. Mike Smith later bought "Tipsy Miss" from Jack Sandberg, and ran her at Reno '79 as "What Price Speed?")

Re: More "Name Those Bearcats"
Thanks for the quick answer Brad. So is this attached photo the ex-Whitington Boys Bearcat? I took this one in 88. I also just came to the realization today that I have quite a few representative photos of Bearcats, not all the same. hmmmmm. That gives me an ideaNever mind. Maybe next year
