Merry Christmas, Bob! I hope to meet you next time at the races. I'm only 46, but I have the Hallmark ornaments of the Gee Bee R-1 and the Wedell-Williams Model 44 hanging on my Christmas tree; reenacting the 1932 Thompson Trophy race.
