I know a guy whose dad worked on it, I seem to remember he said they were getting real close to getting her done, but it's not a full time project.TonyComment

We all know how personal projects can be (home improvement and otherwise). I asked John Marlin this year as he was waxing the MB-5 how it was coming along. He paused and said: "Closer."
That's as good an answer as we're gonna get.

There was a sign by it in the static area. They hope to begin taxi tests next year. If you looked closely at it in the static area you could see a lot of the sheet metal seems to be "mockup" and not final pieces.
I have to say that is a pretty amazing project for essentially one person!
