We are in the final stages of resolving the issues with the forums move to the new location. After talking with tech support, the only solution was to send him a copy of all the images. This will take time - but we know the fix SO it's only a matter of time now.

Hey Tom, it's guys like you and a few others who make it all worthwhile!
I'm still thanking the gods that you made it down safely.... even if you did have to circle for hours to find that ranch!
All the Marines I've ever known were great guys. But...
"I've NEVER known a Marine to pass up any oppourtunity!!!
Never pass up combat,
Never pass up chow,
Never pass up a pretty lady!!
Race 29"
...contradicts with something I found on another of my favorite message boards. It read:
You know a Marine aviator has been to your place when:
-there are burn holes in your grass lawn from the Harrier
-the wife has been run off the property
-the refridgerator is empty
-the dog is pregnant
-and your shoes are shined.
I've been out to the races at Stead over ten times since "89". Seen Mr. Campau fly several "Oldies" and loved them all. So glad that he'll be back and the T-6 too. The jokes and "camaderie" are one good reason to keep an eye on this forum. Yes he certainly picked the right ranch. Why does s
he have a harness in her hands? Oh well, see you in Reno I hope. E. Curry
Well, my "NASCAR driver voice" comment wasn't meant to make light of the damage... I was more or less saying "WOW, sometimes things break so spectacularly that words fail to describe it." Sorry if it came across otherwise.
I'm curious- was there much (or any) warning that Really Bad Things were happening in the engine? Any ideas yet as to what the first component to fail was?

Insert the " No I was just flying along " story here. Maybe not. Maybe his first clue was the prop suddenly stopping by the looks of that dude.
