You're correct, I don't like to point fingers in public, it's just not worth it. That said, I do agree that, at least, in my opinion, concern about a 60x60 pixel wide avatar photo being used outside of copyright permissions is fairly inconsequential... BUT... each copyright holder certainly has the right to be as strict or as loose with their images as they want to be...
OK... now, on the positive side.. if those of you who have some good shots out there would like to contribute to an "avatar bank"... I think we can make up some and put them in the board for general use. Meaning, we upload them and then they are visible for folks to choose from.
I've got quite a few I'd be happy to contribute, I'm sure Wingman and Cobra do also... Victor, geez.. he could fill the bank with his stuff alone!
We could get several shots of several racers up there, as well as some jokeish ones for those with a sense of humor in their avatar tastes...
