Yes I have been know to paint a few jackets. I painted all the Voodoo jackets for the team. If yuo are not in a hurry I could paint one for you as I currently have a couple of projects I am working on. PM me and we can discuss it further. Afraid I can not help you with the haircut.

In Warbird Alley's links page, they have a couple of advertisements for customizing jackets. Most sound like you'd have to buy a jacket with the artwork, but you might poke around there.

Would that iron-on transfer computer paper stuff work on leather. I've seen some cool t-shirts done with it.
