Who ARE those guys?!?!?!?

This afternoon a flight of four F-16's in tight finger-four formation did a nice pass and break at Reno Intl. with their C-130 in the slot. I wasn't close enough to make out markings, but I think they were ANG. Sure was an impressive non-airshow event. Anybody know who those guys were?

I didn't see the C-130 but saw three F-16's flying south over Minden/Gardnerville at about 2:30ish. They were cruising, that's for sure

Anyone see the Monday After pass down 26 (some years ago) of the Tanker with the ANG F-16 hooked onto the boom and the F-117 on the wing?
Went by at about 100'.
