Finally one that I know. That is a Found Brothers FBA-2C. It is a bush plane mfg in Canada.

It's an interesting aircraft -- seems well designed and the owner likes it. This example is owned by a guy with one camp. The larger operations seem to consider it too small and too expensive for their needs -- they all tend to operate Cessna 180 and 185s for small runs and Beavers, Otters and Norsemen(and the occasional Twin Beech) for their main operations.
