shouldn`t the Mosquito had counter rotating props? I noticed both turning in the same direction. I know the P-38 has handed props.

Ehem...somehow I have a feeling they had different rotation. I remember a guy who was selling unused Mossie spare Merlin engines to me..they had different no:s cause they were rotating different direction.

I am not 100 % sure if all Mossies had them.
