Things are just dandy... besides, the job here in OK doesn't require the "away" time that it did back in CA. In fact, in the 8 months I've been here I've only been away from home for 4 days... and that was for the Little Rock AFB airshow. Life isn't so bad. Still wish I could swing a couple Three months off though
...Yes we could have worked in the races for 2006, however with less than 90 days to make this transition I felt all would be better served to wait and have the event in 2007.
As usual, rumors do fly faster than the unlimiteds.
This has been one of the hardest, yet easiest decisions I've ever made.
Thank you, Jeff for taking the long view and supporting air racing today and in the future. The product life cycle of air racing is longer than most supporters are comfortable with. This is a stable, long term fan base that appreciates your long term commitment.
