STEADFAST VIDEO!

We flew STEADFAST yesterday with Dan Vance as chase in his P51. We took it up to 340 KIAS @5000' for the initial flutter test. 30" and 2000 RPM
All went well with the squawk list shortening rapidly.

If the board says you are not allowed... let me know, vid uploads, I think, are set to "old" users only... those who have been regged for a certain amount of time or done a certain amount of posts.. I can change that out for you..

UPDATE: For those having problems seeing the video.. I took the liberty to dig into the putfile code and found the actual video link.. accessed and downloaded it that way.... Hope you guys (Team Steadfast) don't mind (I'll remove it if you do) here's the video resized (changed from large avi to optimized wmv), quickly titled and uploaded here directly...

Will.. is it in .avi format? If so, avi. is WAY larger in file size than what Windoze movie maker will output with little loss in quality...

I'm going to be "away from my desk" until sometime after noon today. I can help later... we can either make it smaller first or open up somewhere for you to upload it.. maybe change out the settings on the board for a bit. That's a huge file though, it'll take you a while to upload even with a broadband. Unfortunately, even though most of them are in the 3 to 6,000 kbps range these days for DOWNLOADS... as with my connection at the coast, they are limited quite a bit for upload.. I'm capped at a lousy 256kbps!!!!

At that rate, that size upload would be a bummer!
