Did you read the new FLYING it had all about this mishap ?

Skipper only increased the thrust from outer engines and commented.....: "That's all we've got left !". Accidently tried to increase the thrust from the secured engine and left the fuctioning on idle.

Using the flaps at 100 % instead 40% also helped the stall, when using 40% too late again. Approach at too low also was a cause...either of these three would have made a safe landing...but all three occuring at the same approach caused the accident.

Correct me if I am wrong.
