I am driving up from So. Orange County on Thursday the 14th, and returning on Monday the 18th. If there is any one from this area that would like to ride along and share the expense, please PM me.

Are you a certain red car owner's (who lives in orderitfalls) son???
Will your route bring you through Sacramento? I get there around noon and could use a ride over.
Boy I don't know I have a Warlock sticker in my back window and 75 on my bumper... Who were you asking any way??? I will probably be heading through Sac around that time on the 10th may be a little earlier
Victor;
I have tried using I-5 and I-99 and I-395 is a little faster. Not much, but as you say, it is more scenic. I have two daughters and their families living in South Reno, so I make the trip several times a year.
With any luck, I'll see you at the Pylon Bar Saturday night.
Can't think of the name of the restaurant, but it is a sit down open style hamburger type place. Jeff would be just a few feet away sitting at a table. I think we ate there about 5 times last year. I'm sure someone knows the name... Johnny Rockets I think it is called, come to think of it.....
Wayne,
I am hoping that next year I will have about a 9 hour drive to Reno from my new location if my plans work out okay... coming out of La Grande, Or-area...
I'd take that versus the damn flight from Atl area to "god knows" connecting to Reno and packing only what I could carry on an airplane. It would be nice to load the truck and GO Baby, Go
