Sorry if I offended...not trying to p@@@ you off or anything. As I said, it's all good. We each have our personal bias and should be thankful that we have a nation capable of deploying both a capable Navy with an airwing that can have an impact AND an effective Air Force.

Offended? Pissed off? Nooooo way! It's all part of the game. Looking forward to a beer sometime, for sure.

The war is won when an unarmed man can stand unmolested on the disputed ground, unprotected by anything but the rule of law. Airpower alone can never achieve this.

I agree. What I really meant to say was that air combat is won in the air, and not back at the bo-at or anywhere else.
