Or, you can attach the file if you have it locally. Below the message area under "Additional Options" is a way to attach files. Look for "Manage Attachments". Click there and you will be able to browse and upload the files. See the two images below.

And remember to resize to about 700-800 pixels wide, and as a jpeg so the file size is not too large. I usually aim for a file size of about 80-100 Kb.

I've got a program called SnagIt I use at work to get screen shots for training handouts.
Thanks guys and gals, got it to post, was'nt seeing it in the preview so thought it was'nt, but it was, and all is now riight with the world...
