OT.. Strange Craft Seen On Columbia River

OK... here's a strange one... I've seen this *thing* a few times now, my lady, who lives here, has seen it more...

Something someone is doing for fun??

It's hard to get a relative size on it due to the photo but I've seen folks on deck and it's like it's a miniature of *something*...

NO id markings that I can see.. today it was being "escorted" by what looked to be a sherriff's boat...

Very strange, indeed... wish I could have gotten to my camera fast enough, this is from an always ready P&S...

LOL... when the flash on the P&S went off after the first shot, the RPM on the chase boat came up markedly and it moved closer to the "Stealth" craft...

Had me wondering for a second or two...
