If you have more accurate figures please substitute into the formula.
I went to an aviation museum in Tikkakoski Finland recently and I saw the earlier " flyer " those brothers of Karhumaki had constructed in their workshop and it had only 4 hp. With your formula it would equate $533 for the batteries ! Not bad or what ? That is about the same amount of dough I have put to my 1/7 scale Hanriot H 232-2 twin engine trainer model so far ( radios, engines, few servos, fuel tanks, extension cord, y-cables, tools, drill bits, 8 propellors, aluminum for the retracts, 12 lbs of spruce and balsa wood spars etc. )

My estimate for the Rare Bear specs are 3 700 kilos flyweight and 4800 hp power
