For an aircraft weighting the same as Rare Bear (I dont know the real weight so will say 2000Kg) of which most of which will be batteries we can probalbly get an power of about 6000hp.
Cost approx. US$800,000 for the batteries.

If you have more accurate figures please substitute into the formula.

I went to an aviation museum in Tikkakoski Finland recently and I saw the earlier " flyer " those brothers of Karhumaki had constructed in their workshop and it had only 4 hp. With your formula it would equate $533 for the batteries ! Not bad or what ? That is about the same amount of dough I have put to my 1/7 scale Hanriot H 232-2 twin engine trainer model so far ( radios, engines, few servos,fuel tanks, extension cord, y-cables, tools, drill bits, 8 propellors, aluminum for the retracts, 12 lbs of spruce and balsa wood spars etc. )

My estimate for the Rare Bear specs are 3 700 kilos flyweight and 4800 hp power.
